Supplier Hedging Index
The Supplier Hedging Index indicates what percentage of the electricity a supplier has purchased in advance for its customers. The higher the value, the less the supplier is exposed to price fluctuations in the wholesale market, and the more secure the supply at the agreed-upon price.

Supply quality standards
Supply quality standards specify the level of service that distribution system operators and electricity retailers must provide to customers. These standards are set forth in Decree No. 540/2005 Coll. of the Energy Regulatory Office, on the quality of electricity supply and related services in the electricity sector.
